Nubitel Technology: Innovating Customer Engagement 

Nubitel Technology made a significant impact at the CX Summit, showcasing our groundbreaking solutions — Conversation Analytics (CA) and Conversational AI (CAI). Through live demonstrations, we illustrated how these advanced technologies are revolutionizing customer engagement in today’s tech-driven landscape.  

Attendees were immersed in hands-on experiences that not only highlighted the transformative power of our innovations but also redefined interactions and elevated.

Interactive Experiences for Visitors

Adding to the excitement, we invited visitors to participate in a machine claw game, where lucky participants won prizes such asLabubu collectibles and AirPods. This blend of fun and informative experience created a lasting impression, fostered meaningful interactions with attendees and strengthened connections with industry professionals. 

Nubitel’s Talk Session: Insights on AI in Customer Experience

On Day 2, our Chief Growth Officer, Dang Tin Wai, took centre stage with a compelling topic “AI Enhanced CX: From Novelty to Necessity”. His insightful session delved into emerging trends and emphasized the growing importance of AI in maintaining a competitive edge in today’s dynamic business landscape.
