Our QM module drew strong interest, especially its Score Card and GenAI Synopsis, which streamline evaluation and boost agent performance.
Meanwhile, AI Agent Assist demonstrated how real-time guidance helps agents resolve queries faster, reducing delays and improving overall engagement.

Beyond solution demos, we brought a little excitement with our crowd-favourite Claw Machine game. Visitors had the chance to win prizes such as AirPods Gen 2 and Power Banks.
